Our practice has been in business since 1997, founded by Owner/Designer/Builder Marty White.

Marty's expertise in residential design and homebuilding has allowed him to achieve high acclaim in middle to upper-end housing in South Carolina, proven by almost 20 years worth of satisfied clients throughout the state. Our design services are available throughout the eastern United States through the Internet, while homebuilding services remain centralized in Columbia, SC.
