the working drawing phase
The final stage of the process is the Working Drawing phase. During this phase, the remaining 50% of the work in your project will be completed, bringing your design project to final completion. The client is usually not involved during this phase, as the design is completed during the Design phase. However on occasion, further information is needed and called upon to get the plans the way that YOU want them.
Finally the drawings reach completion, and the final review meeting is scheduled. Upon your acceptance of the plans, the finished sets will be printed, and all of the construction documents that you need to build your new home will be delivered. The next step is to meet with your builder and begin the estimating and pricing process.
