Southern Traditions Builders provides extended TLC to our homeowners, by holding our clients hands through this decision process. If you choose to work with a professional designer, then we work with you and your designer as a team, to achieve the desired final product, without missing important aspects of the home. By being there as the designer and the builder, our team is able to answer questions presented by the owners, interior designer, and vendors, in order to make sure that everything works together in concert, resulting in a planned interior. By being there with our homeowners in this capacity, we are able to tell them what, when, where and how things are supposed to go, without leaving them to work with their design professional on their own. By holding their hands, our clients are able to not only have very detailed instructions from us as a builder, but also have our involvement from a structural design standpoint as a designer/builder, walking them through each step and providing input, second opinion, and checking off the list as we go.
If you decide not to work with a design professional but still need help making decisions on the interior, then we are pleased to accommodate you with our interior design abilities. Many of our clients choose this route, requesting that we work closely with them during this very important part of the building process. Our involvement with you in this capacity allows a faster and more productive process over going it alone, increasing productivity and giving you detailed instructions and a professional second opinion with your selections and decisions.
Usually, interior design is placed in our lady client's hands as the men are most often mainly concerned with the structural components and costs associated with the home. This is sometimes an intimidating endeavor, presenting an overwhelming feeling that there is too much to tackle alone. It is important to us that our homeowners enjoy their building experience and that every need and expectation is met. Therefore we make sure that every attempt is made to assist our ladies with all aspects of this selection process, from color coordination to door hardware, and stains to grout. We are confident in our abilities to help our clients with their interiors, as we have successfully worked with several of our homeowners in this capacity since 2000.
