Marty White - Owner, Builder and DesignerMarty operates day to day operations of both firms with a hands-on approach. By communicating with the key members of both practices on a daily basis, Marty has established the ability to delegate authority and achieve results without having to be in all places at one time. He controls his projects personally, and meets with his owners regularly. His ability to rely on quality and qualified staff allows his team to achieve proven results and problem-solve quickly and effectively.
Marty is the senior project manager, working alongside other project managers assigned to each project, and designer of all homes that Marty White Design Group creates.
A graduate of Lander University, Marty holds a BA degree in Visual Arts.
John Clarey - Estimator and Office ManagerJohn is a dynamic, results-oriented business professional with proven abilities in management. His tasks include estimating, improving the efficiency of operations, strategic planning, and locating needed vendors and subcontractors. John employs great talent in in-depth estimating and as a result, controls costs throughout all aspect of the construction process.
John is an honors graduate of Berkley High School.
Gary White - Project ManagerA veteran in construction, Gary is the former president of White Electric Service, Inc., an electrical contracting company founded by his father in the 1940's. In the early 1970's, Gary assumed command of the firm and implemented strategic management skills in business and project management, as he commanded a crew of 40 plus employees.
Gary's experience includes project management of large scale constructions, installation of electrical systems within a wide spectrum of constructions, from large industrial facilities, commercial properties, and churches, to residential single and multi-family homes.
Gary joined the Southern Traditions Builders team in order to work with his son, Marty, and to continue his exceptional management skills in construction, as a skilled and detail oriented project manager.
