Marty White began a residential design and construction company in 1997 after having consecutively managed the residential design divisions of two architectural firms.  His new firm quickly moved into upper-end new home design and construction, expanding focus throughout upstate South Carolina, and eventually expanded to the coast of South Carolina.

Marty modified his business in 2007 forming MartyWhite.net Development.  This practice combines all facets of homebuilding into an all-in-one home building company, providing home design, home building, interior design and interior decorating, offering everything required in a true, custom homebuilding project.

Our mission is simple ... "If you're our client, it is all about you."  We do not allow anything to get in the way of that focus.

MartyWhite.net offers residential design services to the general public, as well as to other builders in the Columbia area.

Our homebuilding services focus on a limited number of building contracts per year, allowing us to concentrate on our very detail oriented All-in One design/build process.  This process requires close involvement and interaction with our clients, and allows every possible selection that you wish to make.  A true 100% custom build.  Complete All-in-One home building.

Over the years, we have engaged in many restructuring projects, working with struggling or failed developers

geared towards putting housing developments back on track.  The Residences at Park and Bryan is one such development

in which MartyWhite.net has proudly ventured into.  Within a 1905 historic neighborhood in downtown Columbia, SC, The

Residences at Park and Bryan is within Elmwood Park, one of the city's oldest and most proud neighborhoods.  The 26-

parcel development is an in-fill development, established for middle to upper end homes.

The involvement that was required to bring this project to reality demanded a deep commitment to the City of Columbia,

which interested Marty and prompted him to venture into the project's development.  MartyWhite.net is proud to have

project partner, the Property Team of Park Street Baptist Church, involved in this great additon to downtown Columbia.
